Run Forest Run!

No, its not about my visit to Bubba Gump :)

When i think of running, this phrase just comes to mind.
I'm trying to develop a new interest. Running is one of it but i havent got the chance to actually run yet. I used to jog time anak dara dulu at Taman Bukit Jalil. But now running seems like miles away. So i resolute to try and start running again. As a motivation, i bought meself a new pair of shoes & track bottoms. And since all that is sponsored by Mr F, i have to start somehow.

My first milestone was a visit to Taman Tasik Kominiti Cyberjaya. We (the kids & i) decided to tag along when Mr F went for his regular tennis game. Tetapi.. kerana Sorfina sudah biasa ke sana.. the first sentenced once she stepped down from the car was Mama, jom pergi taman jom (Mama, lets go to the playground) I thought to myself..there goes my running. Some othertime maybe.

But hey, at least my new shoes and track bottoms did get into some actions in the playground :)

Government Hospitals

I have this big urge to spill my heart out but knowing that it would be read by others made me instantly canceled the idea.. So that brings me to the question, what am i going to write about today?

I feel like writing.. have loads on my mind but most of them are what you say 'luahan perasaaan' hahaha.. Yes, i still do feel like spilling my heart here but its not nice to write bad things about others kan? Tetiba jadi baik pulak.. hoh!

Anyway, yesterday i went to PPUM. Daddy was scheduled for angioplasty. Its a simple procedure but things that are related to the heart still worries me. The doctor inserted 2 stents since there are 2 major blockage that costs like RM6k per stents. I was like.. uihs.. mahalnyer. Then, my bro who is also a doctor at one of the local hospitals starts one of his 'ceramah kesedaran' here i quote: 'Tu yg my HOD marah tu.. kebanyakan orang kat Malaysia ingat just because they paid RM1 at government hospitals, they think government hospitals kasi ubat yg murah2.. barang yg lekeh2.., they dont know that the government dah banyak subsidise on medicines..Just imagine there are some medicine that cost RM30 per pil and that person have to take it for like 3 months. You kiralah berapa banyak dah tu just for 1 medicine per person'.. and of course the ceramah goes on.

I understand his frustration. People take it for granted because they do not know the cost of the medicine or the facility that they use. If you go to private hosp. no doubt charges would shoot rocket high but hey, people wont complaint.. its private. Its supposed to be expensive. Hurm.

Anak Ini

Anak ini sudah demam sejak dari Ahad malam lagi.. Demam nye sangat lah tinggi.. Makan tak lalu, minum susu pon tidak mahu. Asyik batuk2 je.. Susah hati saya. Makin hari makin kecik saya tgk. Alhamdulillah semalam, demam sudah tiada, selera pon sudah terbuka kembali. Demam nak pandai lagi nih anak mama nih.
