Ibadah Qorban 2010

Hari Raya Haji tahun ini agak berlainan. Dari segi tetamu, isi rumah, dan juga qorban itu sendiri. Anak-anak saya turut serta menjalani Qorban tahun ini.. nanti di akhirat kelak, akan ada lah lembu seorang satu sebagai kenderaan. Alhamdulillah, semua berjalan lancar.. kami tidak melihat binatang tersebut disembelih.. mamanye laa yang paling takut. Nanti tak boleh mkn pulak.. rugi.

Salah seekor dari 6 lembu yang akan ditumbangkan untuk ibadah qorban, sabar menunggu giliran.

Deepavali Holidays

Deepavali fell on a Friday. That means i have a 3 days break from work.. yippee!!!

What did we do over the 3 days break.. ooh lotsa stuff.. had a haircut, attend wedding, visit the mall (this is an agenda that i do almost everyweekend) and trust me.. it is not helping my pocket.. hee.  Must cut down on this activity. Oh, the haircut only cost RM40  for the four of us (yup this time the whole family went for a haircut at the same shop since the barber that En Fnd usually goes to is in a festive mood = shop closed). Luckily his haircut turned out ok too.. tp sempat lagi komen.. potong rambut kat saloon tak best sebab tak dgr gunting tu berbunyi.. apakah?

Anyway.. the girls had fun at the wedding.. sampai nak tanggal2 baju lah si adik tu.. that was when we head back.. dah nak strip tease kat umah org sebab kepanasan..balik rmah ja serbu bathroom.

Not to mention that Sorfina and Sahira bathh more than 3 times a day too.. berendam kalahkan bluehyppo!

Day trip to Kuantan

Lama betul tak balik Kuantan. I think it has been a year since we went back. Banyak yang sudah berubah. Hi-way Kuantan Kempadang - Pekan pon dah siap. If it werent for mom leading us the way, i think we could have been lost. Boleh sesat lah jugak. Bila dah ada hi-way atau jalan besar, secara tak langsung kedai-kedai kecil kat tepi jalan tu pon makin maju.

Reason why we went back, was because our neighbour Pak Mat & Makcik Yah invited us for their daughters wedding. It was a day trip. Maknanya, pergi pagi, balik ptg. Penat tp best! Tak sempat nak berjalan seluruh pekan Kuantan tu.. tetapi me and Mr F sempat berdating kat Mok Na. Makan udang goreng tepung, ikan goreng tepung, keropok lekor..Semuanya fresh & sweet.. sempat lah lepas kempunan. Nasi lemak zaman je tak sempat nak merasa sebab dah petang.

Next trip, nak bawak Sorfina & Sahira jalan-jalan kat TC pulak. I think they would be thrill to see the monkeys :)

Down The Memory Lane

This is a rather backdated post.

Berkesempatan untuk ke sini lagi.Tempat pertama aku bekerja. Tempat pertama aku mendapat rezeki. Tempat pertama aku berjumpa dgn si dia :). Well, yg last tu agak exaggerating sebab tempat pertama aku berjumpa dgn si dia masa kat uni.. Tp time tu tak geng. lol.

This place will always have a special spot in my heart. Terlebih sentimental kah? I dont think so. This is the place where i met good friends too. Biar lah org nak kata jauh... tempat jin bertendang.. But for me, semuanya mudah di sini. Even more convenience than the current place. Nak pergi bank, pasar tani, shopping ke Alamanda, JJ, Putrajaya..pendek kata nak gi mana-mana lah..confirm sempat :) Yg paling penting.. nak parking pon senang!

Tp, my visit this time, the place looks somehow different. Without the 'people' it will never be the same.

WISH

I'm addicted... Help! I never thought i'd be addicted to any tv series again. After Nur Kasih that is..*sigh* ok, lets not dwell on that coz if i did, it will be a never ending story of Adam & Nur *sigh*. ok..ok..

Now, my latest addiction is this tv series shown on astro prima.  called Tudung Ekspress. Actually there are 2 but the latter, Mr F tak bagi tengok sebab cerita dari seberang, reason for liking it? One of the cast has a charming character and headoverheels handsome! hahahah.. tu yg lagi tak dapat nak tengok tu!huhu.

Back to the topic.. Tudung Ekspress..How did i got hooked? Well, since my hands were full with two little kiddies after iftar and when everyone else is doing Terawih, i on the other hand search for something to occupy Sorfina & Sahira with. Lucky me! And i really do mean lucky because Sorfina somehow likes to watch Qalesya (also another drama on Astro Prima.). And right after that drama ends, its tudung ekspress.

Mula-mula tengok cam biasa ja. Tp lelama layan la pulak! I like the characters of this 4 friends (Dira, Erin, Mei & Del).

Sorang tu mualaf, sorang tu macam kelam kabut sket, one is married with kids and the other is the youngest. But like us all, they have their own ups and downs. And thats what the whole series is basically about. Called tudung ekspress because they all wear head gears and commute by Komuter and this series is actually sponsored by KTM. My review sounds pretty dull huh? But trust me.. you'll like it once you've watched it. Even my dad ketawa terbahak-bahak watching this story.. heh heh.

Owh, one more thing, it is a filmscape production and the producers are Kabir Bahtiar & Mira Mustaffa.. which also made Nur Kasih.. that why i like!

Mystery

It was night. The bedroom light had been turned off and everyone was sound asleep. I woke up to a sound that me myself was uncertained of. Suddenly scenes from a horror chinese story that i've watched late that night came to mind. Tu la.. gatal lagi tengok citer hantu. I laid down still. Just within seconds i felt like something had stepped on my fingers.. my nails to be exact, and it started to hurt badly. Clamping my hands tightly I was like.. what the? Pesal tetiba jari sakit ni.. After twisting and turning a few times, i fell asleep. The next moring, i was shocked to find that there were traces of blood on my pillow and pyjamas. My nail cracked and had turned blue black by then. I quickly scanned the bedroom area but everyhting was in place.

That was 17 years ago and up to this day, i still didnt know what hit me.

Father & Son

In the news, a couple of days back i saw a clip about a Palestinian boy (just about 3 or 4 years old) being torn away from his father by the Israeli militants. The boy cried helplessly watching the damn militants took his father away from him. His father was being accused of stealing water.

That may be the last day for him to ever see his father.

Heartbreaking.

Blank mode

I dont have a specifice title or subject in mind but i feel like writing.. So to whom feel like reading my writing today feel free to do so.

Its wierd but.. i was browsing thru the net and came accross a page where i hate the person utmost. If the rank is 1 to 10, my hate towards this particular person is infinity (a bit exaggarated but thats the picture). and yet.. we have no connections, not related, have never had a decent conversation. Explanations please?

Ok, i'm not making sense. maybe i should write some other time. the end.

Floria Putrajaya 2010

17th July 2010 Mr F, the kids & i went to see Floria Putrajaya. Actually the Mama was more excited compared to the kids. But wth.. janji dpt tgk bunga cantik2 dpt jln2.. apart from seeing the beautiful flowers, there were also booths selling a lot of different stuff. u can get flowers, vegetable plants, head scarfs (i was actually aiming for that booth) but there were so many people, we just walked by everything.

Then there was an announcement saying that Upin & Ipin was in town. Once again, the Mama is extra excited compared to the kids. Luckily too since i tried scouting the area but they were not to be seen *sigh*. So off we went to Alamanda for lunch. (Sorfina beriya ajak nak mkn nasi goreng kat kedai)

Month of July

A lot! Thats one word to describe various events that happened to me in the month of July 2010. Workwise, family, my life.. everything. Can't write it all down now but i'll update once i've time. okie! :) 

Adjusting

Its only been a week but my life changes like 180 degrees. Should i be complaining or is it blessing in disguise. Only He knows... for now i am trying to keep up with things, hopes and expectation.. of others of course. A friend told me to look elsewhere. Should i? If only it was like choosing groceries from a store or something like that, i would have.

GAZA

I don't know exactly where to start when this particular nation is concern. The children, elderly, man, women and the youngsters. Just thinking about them a bitter and sad feeling burdens my heart.

Yesterday Israeli militant attacked ships carrying aid supplies to Gaza. They were attacked on international waters 65km off the Gaza coast. Israeli militant spokesperson was aware and admitted that the attack was on International waters but they said that they have the right to protect themselves. From what? From being thrown to by light weaponry objects like clubs and knives? Does that allow them to fire missiles and jump onto the Freedom Flotilla like terrorists and put others in fright? Does that gave the license for the Israeli to kill? For goodness sake. Israeli make it a big deal when even one soldier in hurt. He might not even be dead yet but they have the whole wide world to know that they are being terrorised! Yet, when a ship carrying aid not weapons and defenceless even, they quickly claimed that it was an act of defence.

Gaza is already like an open air prison. Nothing comes in or out of Gaza without Israels consent. And to think that Islaeli or better yet the Jews were once a nation without land. Now, they are claiming that this is the act of defence. They are tyring to banish the Palestinians out off what is rightfully thiers and they say it is an act of defence. Damn to all Jew! Damn to Israel!

Kereknye dia!

Hari ini sepatutnya boleh dikategorikan sebagai salah satu daripada hari yang baik untuk aku. Urusan harian berjalan seperit yang dirancang. Sehinggalah aku menerima sebuah email yang agak menyakitkan hati. Isi kandungan email tersebut berkaitan dengan kerja. Akan tetapi, cara orang yang menghantar email itu mengarang, membuatkan hati kecil ini (keciknyer hati hehe) secara tiba-tiba terbit rasa marah dan menyampah dengan pengirimnya (walau pon sebenarnya aku tak kenal pon orang tersebut).


Daripada cara si pengirim itu mengolah mesej yang hendak disampaikan, aku dapat agak bahawa dia merupakan seorang yang sombong atau berhidung tinggi (bukan bermaksud hidung mancung ye kawan-kawan). Terus, mood aku bertukar mendung seperti ribut yang sedang melanda Lembah Klang ini. (ecewah).. Ok, ok.. my point is, why do you have to write in such a manner until others feel irritated. Some people just have the gifts to do that without much effort. Which also resulted in me being all defensive and all, wrote back in the same irritating manner. Not good! She could politely email me the request and i will feel much better entertaining her. But since she have bad manners, i resolve to not entertain her request. Dah le nak pakai bilik orang..kurang sopan pulak tu! Haish.. geram.. geram.. geram tak abih lagi nih.

Trip to Johor

It wasn't planned at all. Late Saturday morning, daddy suddenly have the urge to visit my sister in Kulai Johor. Mr F was on a business trip so it was just Daddy, mommy, the kids and i. We departed from home at approximately 1.12pm. Stopped twice, once at Ayer Keroh and another at Pagoh. Arrived at Pasir Raja at 5.45pm. Quite a journey huh. Slept there for a night and we were on our way back to Puchong at 12.30pm the very next day.

There were not much car. That made the driving relaxing. Arrived at Puchong around 4.30 pm. I unpacked, then got ready to fetch Mr F at the airport. At night, my bro and i went food hunting since everyone was too lazy to cook (my mom & i la tuh sebenarnye hehe).

Funny thing was, i didn't feel exhausted at all. But, come Tuesday, i started feeling pain all over, also caught a bit of fever, a running nose and a throbing headache. The doc even prescibed muscle relief for me. Got an MC and went back to rest. After taking the medicines, i slept from 2.30pm to 6.00pm. Alhamdullillah when i woke up, the headache and mucsle pain was gone. Only the flu was stubborn enough to stay with me despite the medicine that i ate.

A lady, a man and a diner.

I just wanted to share a scene that i saw during lunch at SR yesterday.It was a late lunch, therefor the diner was not so busy and not so packed with visitors. Mr F, the kids and i were enjoying our lunch when 2 ladies (Lets called them A & B) entered the place. Both tall and slender, one carrying an umbrella with her. Hujan lagi ke kat luar tu? I asked Mr F. A'aa renyai-renyai. He replied. They sat at a table nearby. Sorfina was playing on the sofa next to them so i was constantly glancing their way. Nothing unusual that caught my attention at first since both are plain looking. Then, a man walked into the diner and instantly, A pulled the table next to them to make it adjoined with theirs. The man, sat next to A. My guess is that he is in his late forties or early fifties. He ordered and flipped through the pages of a news papers that he carried while chatting with A. B just sat and smiled and only once in a while entered the conversation. That time, i was still like okay, maybe they are business partners or something. Suddenly i saw the man and A sharing the same piece of cake. Urm.. so business partners do that? Father and daughter maybe? The guy does seemed old enough to be her father. But again, why meet at a diner?

Run Forest Run!

No, its not about my visit to Bubba Gump :)

When i think of running, this phrase just comes to mind.
I'm trying to develop a new interest. Running is one of it but i havent got the chance to actually run yet. I used to jog time anak dara dulu at Taman Bukit Jalil. But now running seems like miles away. So i resolute to try and start running again. As a motivation, i bought meself a new pair of shoes & track bottoms. And since all that is sponsored by Mr F, i have to start somehow.

My first milestone was a visit to Taman Tasik Kominiti Cyberjaya. We (the kids & i) decided to tag along when Mr F went for his regular tennis game. Tetapi.. kerana Sorfina sudah biasa ke sana.. the first sentenced once she stepped down from the car was Mama, jom pergi taman jom (Mama, lets go to the playground) I thought to myself..there goes my running. Some othertime maybe.

But hey, at least my new shoes and track bottoms did get into some actions in the playground :)

Government Hospitals

I have this big urge to spill my heart out but knowing that it would be read by others made me instantly canceled the idea.. So that brings me to the question, what am i going to write about today?

I feel like writing.. have loads on my mind but most of them are what you say 'luahan perasaaan' hahaha.. Yes, i still do feel like spilling my heart here but its not nice to write bad things about others kan? Tetiba jadi baik pulak.. hoh!

Anyway, yesterday i went to PPUM. Daddy was scheduled for angioplasty. Its a simple procedure but things that are related to the heart still worries me. The doctor inserted 2 stents since there are 2 major blockage that costs like RM6k per stents. I was like.. uihs.. mahalnyer. Then, my bro who is also a doctor at one of the local hospitals starts one of his 'ceramah kesedaran' here i quote: 'Tu yg my HOD marah tu.. kebanyakan orang kat Malaysia ingat just because they paid RM1 at government hospitals, they think government hospitals kasi ubat yg murah2.. barang yg lekeh2.., they dont know that the government dah banyak subsidise on medicines..Just imagine there are some medicine that cost RM30 per pil and that person have to take it for like 3 months. You kiralah berapa banyak dah tu just for 1 medicine per person'.. and of course the ceramah goes on.

I understand his frustration. People take it for granted because they do not know the cost of the medicine or the facility that they use. If you go to private hosp. no doubt charges would shoot rocket high but hey, people wont complaint.. its private. Its supposed to be expensive. Hurm.

Anak Ini

Anak ini sudah demam sejak dari Ahad malam lagi.. Demam nye sangat lah tinggi.. Makan tak lalu, minum susu pon tidak mahu. Asyik batuk2 je.. Susah hati saya. Makin hari makin kecik saya tgk. Alhamdulillah semalam, demam sudah tiada, selera pon sudah terbuka kembali. Demam nak pandai lagi nih anak mama nih.

Retail Therapy (RT)

Its the best medicine any practitioner could prescribe! And i wish it had the ka-ching to go with it coz if ka-ching takdak, alamatnye my retail therapy will not meet its objective which is stress relieve.. hehe

Anyhow, i did manage to do some retail therapy for 2 days in a row.. Whoa.. stress sangat ke aku nih? My stress level have resulted in me buying 4 items during the retail therapy session day 1 and another piece of item in retail therapy session day 2. Lucky for me, i manage to get compensation from Mr F for day 1 RT and the fact that there was a consequence purchase on day 2 was because i couldnt get over a cardigan i saw the day before :)

Still, back in the office facing with this damn slow PC or either the data is too huge for my precious to digest  may result in retail therapy day 3.

Missing

Something is missing... i feel like there is a huge empty space lately.. more like a vacum. Can't really put my finger on to what it is. I just feel empty.. and so alone sometimes. So alone.. *sigh*

Grudge

Its gonna be another loooongg night....Sheeshh.. Stuck here for 3 days. Yesterday was FUN. Today was supposed to be OK but turned out LOUSY just a minute ago. You must be wondering why right?

Well, let me tell you why... i am schedule for another workshop soon and of course the destination is not somewhere near my radius where i can spend my nights sleeping comfortably in my own bed and blanket also known as Home Sweet Home. It requires me flying off and of course, tickets need to be booked. So you see, my friends and i were browsing through the web and suddenly some old squeky voice.. ok, i'm exagerating..the voice was not actually that bad but still managed to irritate me with the words that fell out from it. Urgh!

Off On A Jet plane

Her flight was scheduled on Saturday night but we had to go early because they wanted to brief them on procedures and things like that (i think).

I was away attending a workshop organised by the company from 17th and got back only on the 19th evening. So i only spent a couple of hours with her before she went off. We spent dinner at Bagan Lalang (the whole family was there except for Nurul) that night..as a farewell dinner i guess.

Next morning, Mr F, the kiddies & i went to VP (my inlaw arrived from KK- their going on a trip to Bangkok the next morning), went back to Puchong at 3 and got ready to head for the airport.

Back home, she was all set to go.. bags, backpack, camera. She even stuffed her newly bought bantal busuk along.. hehe.

At the airport, Aadiyat took the lead in helping her settle things while we hang jusr out. Time flew by fast at the least expected moment. Its already time for her group to make a move. With teary eyes i just kissed & hugged her, whispering her well wishes.. wanted to say more but i felt like there was a toad stuck in my throat.

To Diknun, i wish u all the best. Take good care of yourself out there. We love you loads (eventhough we seldom say it aloud)

Shop & Dine

tempting..

Last night Mr F, the kiddies, my bro & i went to ioi mall. It wasnt planned but late that evening Mr F text me and said lets go retail therapy. Aaaahh my favourite :) So immediate answer was Jom!!

We went to B outlet to shop for the kids clothes. Bought a couple of pairs for them to wear as basahan and a couple more for outing. Mamanyer teringin nak tengok anak2 dia pakai baju yang ada ruffles2 pulak.. hehe.

Mr F wanted to shop for loafers and khakis but couldnt find any that says buy me!! Gaknyer dia nak suruh beli dekat M jugak la tu bang. Takpe2 kite ada 4 hari nak retail therapy lagi :)

You know how shopping makes the stomach goes..grr.. grr... Sebab semua sudah kelaparan, we resorted to dine there and Penang Village was the chosen one (ni 1st time ni mkn kat situ). Chose a family set of 4 and ordered drinks. The verdict?
Ambience: Nice.. very nice.
Food: Delicious
Serving: Not so generous
Rating: 3 out of 5 (ni semua sebab x puas makan w/pon tempat dia cantik & masakan dia sedap).

Ammar Danish

Today i read about a heart aching story of a mother who struggles & sacrifices anything and everything for the sake of her baby. You could read her story here.. http://mylife-asz.blogspot.com/ . She has a 2 year old son named Ammar Danish who is suffering from Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) since birth. Ammar is schedule for surgery on  the 22nd February 2010. Please pray all goes well. I pray that after this, Ammar will no longer need to depend on tubes and dont have to go for hospital visits any longer. So that he could grow up like other normal kids.. so that he could play and have fun like other kids his age.. So he could eat like regular kids.. so he could spend the time of his life and enjoy the moment like he should. He does not deserve to be hospitalized with tubes hanging from his stomach, hand or feet. At such young age, no one should. If you look at the innocent face, it makes you want to cry just thinking of the suffering this little angel have gone through.

To Ammar Danish, i pray that the operation goes well and that you could lead a normal and healthy life. AMIN.

Sorfina & Lady Gaga

Sorfina & Lady Gaga? What are the similarities there? Answer in none. I suddenly thought of a comment Sorfina came up with regarding this particular singer.

Knowing Sorfina who does not like to watch televisyen, i was amazed when she suddenly commented on Lady Gaga (my bro was watching MTV and Lady Gaga happened to be on). Sorfina was casually passing through the living room, glanced at the tv..pointed to Lady Gaga and said 'Macam cicak je'. Then she continued her journey to round the house. Haha. I was like.. 'Apadia Sorfina cakap? Macam cicak je?' Hehehe...  Then i looked again at the tv thinking.. no wonder.. Lady Gaga was performing in a white suit and wiggling like a lizard!

P/S: To Lady Gaga & her management team, the statement came out from a 2 yo. So if you think of suing, think again.

Who's holding the remote?!

Heard an interesting topic on the radio yesterday. The title was "Siapakah yg memegang remote? Tak kisah lah dalam apa jua jenis hubungan.. Suami/Isteri, gf/bf, tunang, anak2 and the list goes on".

One caller caught my deepest attention... and others too. The DJ kept repeating his name so much that other callers requested for them to play back this particular caller's comment. His name is Zul by the way.

Bagi saya, dalam keadaan biasa mestilah lelaki yg pegang remote..
Tapi kan bro..akan ada 3 situasi dimana bila terjadinye 3 perkara ni, tampuk kepimpinan akan automatik bertukar tangan!
Yang pertama... Perempuan tu lebih cantik, lelaki so so sahaja.
Yang kedua... Gaji perempuan lebih tinggi dari gaji lelaki.
dan Yang ketiga kan bro.. macam apa yg berlaku pada saya.. lelaki buat satu kesilapan yg sangat besar.. aaaa masa ni kan bro.. tampuk kepimpinan terus bertukar! Sampai kalau keluar makan, saya minum air dia sikit, dia jeling jer terus saya keluar kan balik bro air tu!

Hehe..frankly speaking, i could not agree more. What about u?

FULL OF HATRED

Came to office with a smile, working was easy eventho have loads of work on my back. When suddenly....

I received an email from a colleague today asking for help. Scrolling down the email, i noticed a named that i have come to memorize and hate for the rest of my life.

Immediate reaction "Benci! Benci! Tak nak tolong!!!!" Cruel am i not? Well, serves the ***** right. It just happend to be that the favor was actually from that particular person instead of this friend of mine. Am i really not going to help them solve the issue? Hurmph.. You got that soo right! Go and ask someone else.

Not to mention that my old handphone is already on its death bed (kalau call orang rasa mcm orang pekak sebab tone dia makin lama makin slow. Lama2 tak dengar dah orang hujung sana cakap apa).

Very convenient too. I don't need to carry any bulgy camera around and this also makes sure that i will not miss any magical moments with Mr F & my kids. So i've been snapping away ever since. Heheh.

Peristiwa Yang Tidak Diduga

Sebelum saya masuk ke topik blog saya hari ini, nak highlight dahulu peristiwa yg berlaku sepanjang cuti 3 hari baru-baru ini (1 Feb - Hari Wilayah, saya & En F cuti!!). Let see.. Sabtu..Shopping. Ahad..Jalan, Isnin shopping lagi :)

Sabtu:-
Ke Amcorp Mall - konon nak berjalan je sebab member beritahu ada jualan branded shirts. Jadi saya pon mengajak lah En F meninjau-ninjau. Mula2 sampai mcm boring.. Lepas tu, bila dah naik dari satu level ke level yg lain terasa best plak flea market dia. End up, kami tidak pulang dengan tangan yg kosong. Harus pergi lagi next time :)

Ahad:-

Pagi tu duduk rumah sahaja sebab En F pergi bersukan.. Petang, kami ke LCCT utk menghantar my SIL, balik Australia. Her one month holiday sudah pon berakhir.. Antara orang2 yg sedih of course lah Sorfina & Sahira. Kurang satu inang untuk melayan mereka. hehe.

Semasa makan malam kat situ, Mommy dapat phone call dari Pak Ngah. Katanya Mak Teh telefon, beritahu dia Pak Teh tak balik rumah sejak pukul 4 petang tadi. Handphone pulak tertinggal kat ruamh. Last orang nampak dia dekat dlm Kebun. Masa tu dah nak pukul 9 malam. Next update, orang dah pergi cari kat Kebun, nampak motor terbalik but Pak Teh still no where to be found. Orang kawasan tu dah try cari dekat balai polis & hospital tapi masih tak nampak kelibat Pak Teh ataupon keretanya.

Sampai je kat rumah, Mr F, Diyat & Diknun decide utk join pencarian Pak Teh yg hilang. Tinggal lah Mommy, saya & dua budak kecik kersahan menuggu berita. Dalam hati dok terbayang Mak Teh & 5 orang anak dia. Dah le kecik2 lagi.. macam mana laa kalau apa2 terjadi pada Pak Teh. Apalaa nasib budak2 tu... memang sampai ke tahap fikir yang bukan2 sebab sudah 7 jam Pak Teh pergi tanpa sebarang berita.

Tiba2 En F telefon "Haa.. Pak Teh dah balik rumah dah ni... Dia balik sendiri dia. Pergi uruskan pentadbiran kemalangan sampai terlupa nak telefon orang rumah". Aduhaiii Pak Teh oiiii... Geram betul dengar! Apa2 pon, syukur sebab nothing happened. Cuma, kereta dia kena langgar dgn budak naik motor (sorang patah peha, sorang lagi patah keting. Tu yg ada motor terbalik dlm kebun tu). Sebabnye langgar pintu kereta Pak Teh. Bayangkan, sampai pintu tu tak boleh nak buka & kemek teruk. Gara2 hentaman kaki budak2 tu. pak Teh pulak panik gaknye, sampai lupa nak telefon orang rumah. Tak pasal2 satu kampung risaukan dia.

Bagi menghilangkan rasa stress, mari tgk gelagat Sahira kat LCCT. Time ni Sorfina not in the picture sebab dia tgh tido dlm stroller nu.

Well, the title tells it all i guess.. One is called S**** and another M*** (nama panggilan). Real name jauh panggang dari api.

Anyway, these sort of people should be vanished from the face of the earth so that everyone else could live happily ever after. That would be a girls dream come true kan? :)

I've heard many stories from friends experience with B**ches & S**ts and even got the chance to see these s**ts 1st hand. Not so pretty but more towards 'gedik' and 'memualkan'. More like 'perasan cantik laa kot'.

Please mind my language and just bear with me for this entry. Next post will be a cheerful one. Promise.

Sorfina & Sahira

Sorfina sudah makin bijak sekarang ni. Tidak lagi menangis waktu pagi bila sampai ke rumah Mak CT, sudah pandai ajak adik bermain, sayang2 adik, tolong mama angkut barang (yg ringan2 je) dll.

Pantasnya masa berlalu. Anak yg bernama Sorfina sudah hendak menjangkau usia TIGA tahun. Adik pula, sudah nak masuk SATU tahun. How time flies *sigh*.

Sorfina sekarang setiap kali nak tido kena nyanyikan dia lagu. Antara lagu-lagu wajib yg dia akan minta saya nyanyikan adalah:-
Lagu itik (Anak itik Tokwi)
Lagu kereta (Papaku pulang dari kota, papaku belikan kereta..)
Lagu pom pom (under the rainbow)
Lagu tikus (Malam yg sepi, pak mat jual topi..)
Lagu abangdia (1, kasih yg abadi..)
**Sila maklum, Sorfina sendiri yg menamakan lagu2 diatas.

Semalam dia dok mintak papa dia nyanyikan 'lagu abangdia'. Jenuh la papa dia perah otak pikir lagu apa :)

Sahira pulak sekarang ni sudah pandai meragam. Kalau dia tak nak, beriya-iya dia geleng kepala. Kalau nakkan sesuatu tapi tak dapat, dia punya melentik, gimnas pon boleh kalah tau! Since she has started walking ( at 10 months), hobi terbaru Sahira adalah menarik tangan orang utk bawa berjalan meronda kawasan untuk melihat gambar-gambar yg digantung. Antara perkataan yang boleh Sahira sebut adalah "mama, na nak (tak nak), tatak (kakak),ngan (jangan)".

At first nak masukkan gambar family pic yg Sahira sukar tgk tu. Tapi tak jumpa pulak. Sebagai ganti, letak gambar my kiddies yg kiut miut masa diorang baby.

Sorfina: Mama nak pergi mana?
Me: Mama nak bersiap nak pergi work. Sorfina tunggu sekejap ye mama nak ambil baju.
Sorfina: Mama nak ambil baju yg mana?
Me: Mama nak ambil baju kurung dekat bilik sebelah.
Sorfina: Ooh.. baju mama bukan di sini?
Me: A'aa. Baju mama gantung kat bilik depan tu.
Sorfina: Kat bilik maklong? (kalau Maklong dia balik, tido bilik tu).
Me: A'aa kat bilik maklong. Sorfina tunggu sekejap ye.
Sorfina: Ok.. Allright. Sorfina tunggu sini. Mama jangan tutup pintu tau.
Me: Ok (sambil tersenyum)

Itulah perbualan antara Sorfina dan saya pagi tadi. Selalunya dia tidur lagi tapi pagi ini dia bangun awal pula. Becok mulut bertanyakan itu & ini. Sejuk hati bila anak ini dah pandai bawa diri & berkata-kata. Sangatlah seronok bila berbual dengan Sorfina sekarang ini. Cara dia bersembang tu kadang-kadang macam orang besar. Hehe.

Potong Que

Ingatkan time blajar je ada orang cutting line masa kat DS (Dewan Selera). Especially kalau lauk sedap mcm western or nasi tomato. Confirm ramai yg cutting. Masa tuh senior la slalu buat kat junior.. sebab kami ni junior, relakan ajelah. Bila jadi senior buat balik pada junior muahahah.

Rupa2 nya dah abih blaja pon ada gak yg nak memotong que orang. Huh! Geram btul! Ni lah nama nye orang tak ada adab. Plus, tak menghormati orang lain yg dahulu berbaris di depan dia.
Alkisahnye begini, malam tadi selepas membeli belah barang2 keperluan budak2 dekat Tesco, kami singgah kat news.com since Sorfina nak minum Ribena. Usahakan juga lah mencari.. tgk2 kat situ takde Ribena. Lepas di pujuk, she agreed to settle for Soya Bean. ok lah kan. Mama nye pon beratur lah sementara En F melayan Sorfina plus menjaga barang2 yg tlh di beli. Dah le que dia sedia panjang. Bila time aku jadi orang ketiga nak bayar, ada plak satu couple ni (dunno la bercinta ke dah kawin ke.. tp dlm early to middle 20's la) tup2 dia berdiri the opposite side of the line. Aku pon dgn renungan tajam merenung mamat tuh. Dia dah start gelabah dah.. then dgr dia kata kat minah tu 'eh, beratur belah sana kot'. Minah tu bleh cakap, 'takdelah, ada 2 counter ni'. Aku pon dgn pantas meninjau betul ke ada 2 counter? Kang salah terlaser malu plak kan. hihi.. Tgk ada satu je counter dia. Then aku tgk lagi mamat ngan minah tu.. kira mmg bertemu mata lah ngan mamat tuh (tak terpikat pon sebab Mr F lagi ensem haha). Sekali lagi dia mula gelisah, terus tarik tgn minah tu kata jom lah.. tak payah lah. Menjadi gak la kot renungan tak puas hati aku tuh hihi. Aku pon lepas tuh membayar air soya & Ribena untuk Sorfina (ada satu lagi freezer on the other side rupanya yg ada air Ribena). The end.

Owh, lepas tu aku pon citer lah ngan En F. Then dia kata, U tak ingat ke masa kita dating dulu? Nak tgk wayang kat Midv ada org nak potong Q. Yg tuh lagi tak senonoh! Dah le berumur (aku agak dlm late 30's to 40 plus la) ada hati nak potong que kami. Dgn selambanye, konon2 dia tgh baca paper, makin lama menghimpit line org..eh, apa hal! Tapi sebab En F big & strong, diorang tertolak kebelakang and kena sound dgn org belakang kami. Hooray! Puas hati aku. hehe.

Another incident, masa kat toilet Jusco Midv. (byk jugak lah pengalaman aku org cuba potong que lepas skolah ni). Time tuh aku tgh pregnantkan Sahira. Paham2 jelah kan kalo weekend Jusco nye toilet line dia macam mana. Semua org beratur. Gi depan, ambil tisu, patah balik belakang utk beratur. Line dah le panjang giler. Ada plak yg masuk, terus masuk berdiri depan pintu toilet tanpa perasaan bersalah pada org2 lain yg tgh beratur panjang. Sorang dua, aku tahan lagi sebab masa tuh aku agak jauh kebelakang so tak perasan sgt siapa yg dok menunggu kat depan nu. Then, bila dah makin dekat, ada laa sorang minah ni. Either lepasan SPM or budak college kot. Dia mula2 mundar mandir kat tepi barisan tuh. Aku ingat kan dia nak ambil tisu. Biar je lah. Tau2 je dia dok menempek kat tepi pintu toilet btul2 kat depan org tgh beratur (punya xde adab). Aku tgk org lain yg tgh beratur sumer muka cam x puas hati tp x nak bersuara. Aku pon sound la.. tahan geram lama dah. She is the unlucky one yg kena la.
Me: Dik, nak masuk toilet ke?
Minah tu: A'a (muka cam innocent je).
Me: Boleh tak beratur kat blakang tu? Line panjang tau. Semua org beratur nak masuk
toilet. Ikut la turn!
Minah tu: Terkedek2 patah balik ke belakang.

Aku rasa orang lain pon sure dgr aku sound dia sebab toilet kan bergema. Aku cakap kuat pulak tuh. Silap la mess around dgn Mak Buyong yg kepenatan berdiri lama tunggu turn.

Moral of the story, dont be afraid to stand up for your rights!

My darling Sorfina...

Sorfina dah pandai sebut Alhamdulillah! and knows when to use it as well. Heheh agaknya dah selalu dengar perkataan itu digunakan gaknye. Note to meself.. never say bad words in front of kids.. They are like sponge that absorbs everything! Have to constantly remind hubby as well as.

Last night, after having a sip of water, she says 'Alhamdulillah' (actually it sounds more like alhamlah) but hey, its a start :) She already gives Salam everytime entering a room or a house and sometimes read Bismillah when she wants to eat or wear cloth.. that makes me a very happy mother :) Hopefully she will grow up to become a good Muslim and daughter..AMIN.

Most of my friends have started sending their kids to these playgroups or montessories..Should i send her to one as well? Thinking back, she's just 2 going into 3 this yr. And making her go to classes like that well... i dunno. Maybe next year. This year i'll just teach her the basics at home. She can identify certain things and animals, understand simple instructions.. can already count 1-10 but she doesnt know her ABC yet and still unsure of colours.. should i be worried? Did some reading at this website http://www.mychildwithoutlimits.org/?page=developmental-milestones on children's milestone. On average, Sorfina is developing just fine. Dont want to push it too far either.

Owh.. i did try potty train her too. Even bought a book 'Little Leo's Potty Time' this is what happen..
Sorfina: Mama, Sorfina uh uh
Me : Ok, Sorfina uh uh dalam potty nak?
Sorfina: Tak nak
Me : Jom la.. mcm Little Leo dlm book. Kan dia uh uh dlm potty.
Sorfina: Tak nak. Sorfina tak nak uh uh dlm potty (sambil tersenyum, sambung uh uh dlm pampers).
